An AI coding agent
that works in your project.
Attach a folder and Beck Stack reads, searches and edits your code and runs commands, asking before every change. Use the Beck Stack team model, a free online provider, or a model on your own PC.

Updates itself
New versions published here are offered inside the app; you choose when to install.
Install
- Download the installer above and run it. It installs for your user only, without admin rights.
- Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”: the installer is not code-signed yet. Click More info → Run anyway. Check that the SHA-256 shown above matches the file if you want to be sure.
- Beck Stack opens when the install finishes.
Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Pop!_OS)
- Download the
.debabove. -
Install it from a terminal in the download folder:
sudo apt install ./Beck-Stack-*-amd64.deb(apt also installs what it needs, such as the keyring used to store API keys). - Start Beck Stack from the applications menu. Updates are offered inside the app and ask for your password to install.
Connect to the Beck Stack model
-
Ask the Beck Stack admin for your personal API key (it starts with
bk_). - In the first-run wizard, choose Beck Stack Team and paste the key.
-
Or later: Models → Providers → Beck Stack Team. Base URL
https://api.beckstack.com/v1, modelbeck-3(fast, long context) orbeck-2(slower, careful reasoning).
Keep your key to yourself: it is personal, and a shared key can be revoked. The team
model runs on one GPU, so replies can queue when many people use it at once.
